3G datacard - TD5-MC.

This brand new antenna extends the coverage of existing GSM / GPRS /
3G datacards in fringe reception conditions. It is suitable for use both by
laptop owners "on the move" and also for fixed installations using the GSM
/ GPRS / 3G cellular infrastructure to provide data communications and telemetry.
The antenna should normally be used in a vertical orientation for best results.
It is supplied with an integral 0.6m run of coaxial cable, termintated with a
right-angle "MC" type connector, compatible with most of the current PC 3G /
GPRS datacards.

Important note:
There is a variety of different datacards on the market today - many of which
are compatible with the TD5 antenna, but not all. Unfortunately, most of the
cellular networks have used different cards with different connectors at various times,
so just identifying the network cannot guarantee compatibility. This antenna
is compatible with "Option" cards that have an antenna connector socket,
as identified in the photo. (Look for the Option brandname on the underside of the card).
If your card is not an Option branded card, please be certain that it is compatible
with the "MC" type connector before ordering.
