The EG884 offers a robust cellular performance across both the 900 and 1800MHz GSM bands. Requiring no holes to be drilled into the vehicle, the signal is coupled from the antenna to the coaxial cable provided through the glass itself.
 
The EG884 series antenna is a genuine dual-band device, optimised for performance across the entirity of the two GSM cellular bands.

To allow full flexibility, the antenna base is supplied with two interchangeable rods - a short unity gain whip and a longer rod with a 3dB gain, (both compared to a 1/4 wave antenna).

The 5m cable included is terminated with an FME female connector, compatible with most in-car phone cradles (but not suitable for direct connection to handsets).
